Questions and Answers
Q: Does the restored bumper jack for 1963 Chevy fit the front AND rear bumper of the Biscayne of that year? The copy says fits Bel Air, Impala AND Biscayne, but I have had problems with the "One Side Fits All" approach, and found they DON'T all interchange, even in the same model year. Do you guarantee the functionality and correct application for the Biscayne of that year?

Let me begin by saying that GM did a horrible job when it came to bumper jacks. The original jacks are made year specific and were intended to fit all models front and rear. HOWEVER, the design and functionality of the original jacks is less than ideal: 1) they often times damage the bumper, 2) the fit is not "perfect", and 3) they are a hazard!
We sell the original jacks NOT for functionality or to be used on the car, although we ensure that they work (that is, they go up and down, etc). If you are wanting to buy jacks to actually use on the car we recommend a modern jack. If you want to have an original jack for show, then we can help you out with the bumper jacks we have.
Hope this helps
