This 1960 Chevy Impala OEM Cowl Vent Grille Panel Cover is an original used GM part.  The panel is in good used shape and will clean up nicely.  The cowl vent fits just below the windshield reveal molding and over the wiper transmission arms.  The vent panels do not come with the rubber hood seal.
