NOTE: This is a true 1961 Biscayne steering wheel. The distinguishing feature of the steering wheel is near either end of the horn ring cutout. On a true Bel Air, there is a slight rise at the end to compensate for the horn ring bezel, whereas the Biscayne is straight and shallow. The 1962 Bel Air looks similar to the 1961 Biscayne except the cutout for the horn ring is deeper since the Biscayne does not have a horn ring but only a center button. Even with these differences, many enthusiasts use the steering wheels interchangeably since it is so nuanced.
