This 1964 Chevrolet hood latch release mechanism is an original piece that has been media blasted and primed.  Don't settle for the reproduction hood latch when you can get an original that functions better than the repops.  The hood latch attaches to the radiator support and works in conjunction with the hood latch pin which is connected to the underside of the hood.
