This 1966 Chevy Impala Super Sport SS Lower Steering Column Cover w/ Padded Dash is an original used GM part that has been media blasted and primed. This lower jacket can fit on a 1965 but the casting is for a 1966. This is for a padded dash and console gauges. Note the larger gap between the collar and the plate (see photo comparison) which allows for the padded dash.
