1. HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY CORE? Contact us to receive a FREE call tag/shipping label in order to ship us your core and receive a $300 rebate on your purchase. If you have more than one core let us know and we can give you an additional credit.
2. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A CORE?
You can still purchase the item but you will not receive the $300 rebate.
3. HOW MUCH IS THE CORE CHARGE?
The core charge is already included in the initial price.
4. WHY IS THE CORE CHARGE SO STINKIN' MUCH?
You might be surprised to know that the core charge has little to do with the core value. We have found that when we charge a lower, more realistic core charge, that we rarely received any cores.
5. HOW DO I GET THE CORE EXCHANGE CREDIT?
Once we receive your core, we will inspect it and issue you a refund.
6. CAN YOU FIX MY OWN CORE?
Yes but it will be slower as you must first ship us your core and then we have to remanufacture it.
7. DO YOU SEND ME A CALL TAG OR SHIPPING LABEL FOR ME TO SEND YOU MY CORES?
Yes, you will need to contact us so we can send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
