This 1957-1958-1959-1960-1961-1962-1963-1964 Chevy Impala Rear Axle Backing Plate Retainer is reproduction of the original GM part. The retainer plate studs and hardware is sold separately. The left and right plates are interchangeable.
NOTE: Technically plate is for a reproduced for a 1957 but the backing plates can be used from 1957-1964 without any shims or issues.
